High quality of work is one of the main principles of our enterprise. In order for the constructed object, whether a highway or an airport, to perform its functions without failure with the design technical and economic indicators at the stage of its construction, each technological process must be performed in accordance with the design documentation and regulatory and technical documentation. To control these indicators, ERCC LLC has its own production quality control service. The structure of the quality control service of our enterprise consists of the central laboratory of physical and mechanical tests, and also the mobile laboratory posts which are intended for placement directly on construction sites in the territory of Ukraine.
It is worth noting the laboratory post located in the village of Vozsiyatskoe of the Yelanets district of the Nikolaev region. The laboratory post controls the quality control of construction materials and works performed during the repair works of the public road H-14 Kirovohrad - Kropyvnytskyi - Mykolayiv on the section km.161 + 204 - km.162 + 338, km.162 + 338 - km .165 + 000, km.172 + 000 - km.175 + 000, km.175 + 000 – km.190 + 000, km.198 + 300 – km. 206 + 000. To perform a set of necessary tests, the post was equipped with new equipment of foreign production in 2019.
In order to comply with the means and methods of measurement to the requirements of regulatory documents, the quality control service of LLC "ERCC" has a certificate of compliance of the measurement system with the requirements of DSTU ISO 10012: 2005. The field of measuring objects allows the specialists of LLC "ERCC" to conduct all the necessary tests of layers of pavements, artificial bases and soils.
It should be noted that LLC "ERCC" provides services to support the construction of facilities in terms of laboratory quality control of work performed. During the support, the specialists of ERCC LLC can perform a complete list of necessary works from sampling and execution of relevant selection acts to testing of selected samples and testing protocols that meet the requirements of the relevant regulatory and technical documentation. Protocols drawn up by the quality control service of EDBK LLC can be provided to customers of all forms of ownership to confirm the quality of work performed and materials used.

The production of cement-concrete and asphalt-concrete mixtures at our own plants also goes through all the necessary stages of quality control from input quality control of supplied materials to testing of finished products - asphalt-concrete and cement-concrete mixtures. Each of the existing cement and asphalt plants is a well-established system of interaction, where each functional unit at its own level performs the control of the required input and output parameters. In addition, in order to ensure the conformity of production to technical standards, all our own plants have passed state certification on the basis of the State Enterprise "State Road Research Institute named after MP Shulgin"
