According to the results of the procurement procedure, in 2021, "ERCC" LLC was recognized as the winner and the corresponding contract was signed for the execution of capital repair works of the public road M-14 Odesa - Melitopol - Novoazovsk (in the city of Taganrog) on the section km. 126+ 000 - km. 129+122, Mykolaiv region. The road section belongs to the I technical category and has separate lanes in each direction. The project envisages a major repair of the section of the road with the installation of a new structure with a cement-concrete coating, which ensures the necessary strength of the road surface on this section, which is characterized by significant load tension, since the lion's share of the traffic going to the seaports passes through it. In addition to the actual repair of the surface, the project provides for the overhaul of the overpass (in the direction of the village of Domanivka), the installation of new outdoor lighting using modern energy-saving technologies, the installation of a video surveillance system with an information board, the installation of architectural lighting of the overpass, the installation of technical means of traffic management.
In 2021, as planned, our company's employees overhauled the right-hand lane. Traffic on the new surface is open. In addition, the overpass at the beginning of the section was thoroughly repaired and opened for traffic, traffic on it was also opened, external lighting with energy-saving LED lamps was installed on the overpass and on the approaches to it, external lighting was also installed on the section of the road located within the city of Mykolaiv .
Since the beginning of martial law in Ukraine, work has been suspended. However, despite all the difficulties, at the end of 2023, in a short period of time, the cement-concrete coating of the left carriageway, the asphalt concrete coating of the exits of the traffic interchange were overhauled, the external lighting of the left carriageway was arranged, and the frame of the video surveillance system with the information board was mounted.
